Pros

The people at Headwaters are the best part of working here. Everyone is kind, friendly, genuine, and hardworking. I have made great friends here. The culture is super unique in the best way. Headwaters puts their employees above anything else. The CEO knows every employee by name and is involved in every department. Leadership always shows appreciation for the work you do and makes you feel like you are a great contribution. Working here comes with amazing benefits, growth, and lots of fun.

Cons

You start with 0 sick time when you get hired on. You accumulate it every week which is fine except I got sick at the start of the year and had to stay home for a day. I didn't have enough time built up so they took some of my PTO.

Pros

The best part of working here is definitely the people. There are a lot of genuinely good, hardworking individuals who care about their work and are willing to help each other out. The team culture is strong, and it makes a big difference working alongside people who are capable, supportive, and committed to doing things well. It is also a place where you can learn a lot and be trusted with meaningful responsibility. There are opportunities to grow, contribute, and be involved in work that matters.

Cons

Like any growing company, we still have opportunities to improve communication and structure. Because the work can move quickly and priorities can shift, there are times when a little more clarity around expectations would be helpful. More proactive communication and alignment across teams would make an already strong workplace even better.
