The team culture is strong, and it makes a big difference working alongside people who are capable, supportive, and committed to doing things well. It is also a place where you can learn a lot and be trusted with meaningful responsibility. There are opportunities to grow, contribute, and be involved in work that matters.

Like any growing company, we still have opportunities to improve communication and structure. Because the work can move quickly and priorities can shift, there are times when a little more clarity around expectations would be helpful. More proactive communication and alignment across teams would make an already strong workplace even better.
