Pros

Company that has good values and sticks to them. Deliver quality products to owners. Expect to work hard and put your time in but you won't be worked to death.

Cons

Not as high pay as some of the top GCs. More of a remote location.

Pros

The best part of working here is definitely the people. There are a lot of genuinely good, hardworking individuals who care about their work and are willing to help each other out. The team culture is strong, and it makes a big difference working alongside people who are capable, supportive, and committed to doing things well. It is also a place where you can learn a lot and be trusted with meaningful responsibility. There are opportunities to grow, contribute, and be involved in work that matters.

Cons

Like any growing company, we still have opportunities to improve communication and structure. Because the work can move quickly and priorities can shift, there are times when a little more clarity around expectations would be helpful. More proactive communication and alignment across teams would make an already strong workplace even better.
