Pros
Listened to concerns we had and actually made changes. The team felt like a family before severance was announced. Managers were incredible.
Cons
When severance was announced, my workload got heavier. Didn't have adequate enough time to look for a job. They gave a "gift card" that was basically taken out of our checks. Tried to cash out my saved PTO and a chunk of it was unfortunately taken for tax.
