Healpros is a great place to work at with a great team that supports and listens to new Ideas and suggestions! The people that work here truly do care about the members and the impact we strive for by helping members find the necessary solutions and help they need to ensure they live a better, Healthier life. The best part about the job is hearing from the members and their experience with us. I recommend this job for anyone who is wanting to change lives for the better even in the smallest way.

The most stressful part would be constant changes but with the dynamic team at Healpros, we can always focus resources as needed to complete whatever task or issue that is needed to overcome.

There are countless of pros on my list regarding HealPros. Firstly, this job is the best job I've ever had because of how supportive and accommodating they have been to me since the moment I got here. Secondly, the values of this company- Value People, Keep Learning, and Change Lives- are put into practice every day. They show their appreciation for their employees by giving us fun company outings/events, having delicious treats in the office once a month to celebrate their employees birthdays/milestones, and giving employees the acknowledgement they deserve. This company is not afraid of facing challenges, especially when it can lead to growth and more opportunities for this company as a whole. Thirdly, we keep our members at the focal point of our mission. The motto of "One More Member" is to remind us what this job is all about- helping people get the healthcare they need in a way that is convenient for them. I can honestly say that we love to serve people and it shows in our attitude, approach, and attentiveness.

There are no known cons for me. However, if a person is inflexible and not able to adapt then I can see how frustrating this job could be.
