Pros

I have been at HealPros for a year and a half. I have been more than happy with my decision. I read another review about overtime issues, but I have never had that problem. I am sure that person didn't complain in day they may have gotten done in 5 hours and still got paid for 8. This job is what YOU are willing to make it. Is there alot of driving? Yes. Do you get compensated for that? Again, the answer is yes. The job is exactly what they say it is. The only limits here are what you put on yourself.

Cons

None that I have seen

Pros

Extremely team oriented and collaborative.

Cons

I don't think it's a con, but you need to be extremely flexible and be willing to help on a variety of projects.

Pros

There are countless of pros on my list regarding HealPros. Firstly, this job is the best job I've ever had because of how supportive and accommodating they have been to me since the moment I got here. Secondly, the values of this company- Value People, Keep Learning, and Change Lives- are put into practice every day. They show their appreciation for their employees by giving us fun company outings/events, having delicious treats in the office once a month to celebrate their employees birthdays/milestones, and giving employees the acknowledgement they deserve. This company is not afraid of facing challenges, especially when it can lead to growth and more opportunities for this company as a whole. Thirdly, we keep our members at the focal point of our mission. The motto of "One More Member" is to remind us what this job is all about- helping people get the healthcare they need in a way that is convenient for them. I can honestly say that we love to serve people and it shows in our attitude, approach, and attentiveness.

Cons

There are no known cons for me. However, if a person is inflexible and not able to adapt then I can see how frustrating this job could be.
