I like the contrast of this company over my past experiences working for other more well known names because I feel valued and respected as a person and clinician. I really enjoy working at healing horizon and working with the kids. The supervisors are very supportive, caring, and want you to do well, and the pay is great for what I do. The clients making progress makes this job way more valuable than just a paycheck. I love working for healing horizon better than any other place I have worked for. This year they increased pay and benefits!

Somedays can be hard if the kids don't want to work, but those are not too often. You don't get to see a lot of other people beside your client and family.
