Pros
Working at Healios has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. As someone in the tech team, it’s incredibly rewarding to know that the work I do directly supports high-quality ADHD and autism assessments that make a real difference to children, young people, and families. There’s a clear sense of purpose across the company, and it genuinely feels like everyone is aligned around helping people get the support they need.
Culture & People:
The culture at Healios is one of the standout reasons I enjoy working here. People are friendly, collaborative, and genuinely care about each other. There’s a strong sense of psychological safety—sharing ideas, asking questions, or challenging assumptions is encouraged and respected. Even when working remotely, the team spirit comes through.
Work–Life Balance:
Healios really understands balance. The flexibility and trust given to employees make it easy to manage both work and personal commitments without stress. Workloads are reasonable, expectations are clear, and there’s no culture of “always on.” It’s refreshing to be somewhere that values output and wellbeing equally.
Tech Environment:
From a tech perspective, there’s a healthy mix of modern practices, continuous improvement, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful solutions. The team is supportive, open to experimentation, and focused on building a tool that actually helps clinicians.
