Pay is just too far under the market

I wish I could list some, but there are simply no positives related to working at this company.

This is an extremely toxic culture, created by toxic leadership. They tout their "Ways of Being", as their culture, but the reality is far from it. The CEO is a by nature aloof, distrustful and petty. Leadership feels they must control and micromanage every aspect of the organization. Very few staff have been there past the 2 year mark, as they burn through people and often fire them for not subscribing to their views. This organization talks a good game, but in fact, they offer no value in the marketplace, as evidenced by sales falling way short of goal every year. It's a lot of empty promises. Hard to make any progress when staff drastically changes every year. To anyone considering (or are working) here, if you do one thing in your life that is for your absolute best, please find a different place to work. This place will destroy you from the sheer craziness of what goes on there. If I could, I would give Health Action Council zero stars.
