Starting off as a CNA it was the highest hourly wage I was offered by far. I've seen many employees start out as CNAs (or in other departments) get hired in as nurses/nursing staff after continuing their education.
Cons
I think this is the 3rd or 4th administrator they've had since I started here. There have been periods of high staff turnover (mostly due to people leaving). I think they have a hard time finding aides who will stay through the tough times long enough for there to be some stability. No 401k matching.
