Pros
Team is good people who have been at HCM for a long time. They have experience but also invite new ideas. Team appreciates good work and acknowledges achievements. Most are mature, not interested in drama, and enjoy the challenges of a unique set of residents. Many go above and beyond for the team or the residents.
Cons
There are some who are not mature that create problems. This usually stops when the administrator intervenes. Rarely, but it does happen -- money gets in the way of doing the right thing for residents.
