Too much work assigned, many silos

A company that goes above and beyond for their employees. This is in comparison to other companies that I have worked for that have no regard for the well-being of their employees. HCSC truly has compassion for their employees and it shows in the culture they foster at HCSC.

HCSC is still a large corporation and like any corporation has a hierarchy that makes hard decisions everyday that you may not be aware of, understand the purpose of, or even agree with, but that is not unique to HCSC and you will find that at any large company that you work for. So if you feel you are not the type of person that could succeed in a corporate work environment, then this would be the one negative I could think of in working at HCSC.
