Pros
I have been working at Health Choice One for a little over two years. Before starting this job I worked many Jobs as a server and was tired of not having a consistent schedule, and was tired of not being in control of how much money I was making. With this job YOU control your success there is no cap on how much money you can make. I have tripled my income in the last two years because of this opportunity and the tools I have been given. Besides the income aspect, the fact that I love coming into work every morning is even more rewarding. This industry is constantly changing and management is always working to keep us knowledgeable and aware so we can do what's best for our clients. Seeing the CEO and COO in our office everday is also a great feeling, and they are always giving us opportunities to not only grow as an individual but as a team by doing potlucks for holidays, and going on company trips to meet with the carrier reps and hear from them directly. We always come back stronger and closer which makes everyone happy. I love working for Health Choice One, it's more than just a job it's a career.
Cons
One of the few cons is the schedule during OEP it's a tough schedule but the amount of money you make and chances to win additional prizes and bonuses that are performanced based make it completely worth it and are also motivational.
