Pros

You’ll get your licensure hours quickly

Cons

You’re expected to do hours and hours worth of paperwork in a very short amount of work hours which results in you working well beyond 40 hour weeks. Huge turnover. Poor training and support.

We strive to provide coaching and support for staff to utilize collaborative documentation as an intervention to best support our clients and our staff. We acknowledge the importance of proper training and support, and our training team works diligently to provide as many internal training experiences including live internal training series throughout the year, online Relias trainings, and external training opportunities to share for employees to utilize as desired. Your concerns about feeling unsafe to approach management are especially troubling. We are committed to addressing these issues and creating a supportive and healthy work environment for our employees. hank you again for your insight.
