- Amazing colleagues and culture- I worked during COVID and never met my colleagues in person but a real effort was made to get to know each other and still have a social aspect to work. - Input is valued and have a good degree of autonomy - Worked on important projects
Cons
- Clearer descriptions on what was expected on projects from senior leaders would have improved the efficiency of projects.
