6yThank you for your feedback. Negative comments are par for the course within sales organizations, especially for those employees that don't meet their goals. Glassdoor should be considered as part of anyone's discovery of any new position.
For every employee that leaves, more than four stays, which is why we are continuously adapting our hiring and screening processes. We cherish feedback from our employees, even those that leave; and especially with less than a year of tenure. Cultural and environmental fit is imperative, as well as a glimpse of the job so candidates themselves can evaluate the opportunity in realtime.
