They lie a lot. Changes day to day polices multiple times a week, some minor, some major. Company is too new for the amount of employees they have, due to this they will hire you as an inbound agent and then force you to make outbounds they swear are not cold calls, but they are. Avoid this place if you don’t like cold calls or being lied to.
