      Salary and benefits were decent, some of the coworkers, not many pros for my job.

      Cons

      Long work hours, overt favoritism, lack of appreciation, low staff morale, frequent turnovers, lack of adequate training, cut throat environment.

      Good pay, supportive work place, remote work. Supervisor was excellent. Was very happy in this workplace.

      Downsizing of staff and not always the best communication from upper management.
