      Nothing to look forward since Apr 2020

      Cons

      Snr Mgt is utterly incompetent, clueless ever since the agency was tasked to lead the swabbing exercises. Snr Mgt also greedy and insincere. They want staff to run BAU and manage the nationwide swab ops - it's not as if we are getting paid double? They tell staff to take a short break but it never happens.

      If you work hard, you will be rewarded. This means taking initiative, speaking up etc.

      Cons

      Good employees have to pick up the slack / are often overworked. Progression is slow.
