This company will take advantage of anyone that works there. They'll work you into the ground and pay you the least amount they can get away with. Management will string you along, making promises to you about advancement, tasks, etc. without planning on actually delivering. You can't trust anyone to have your back/look out for your career, they're all way too concerned about themselves. Not a great place to commit long term to. Some decisions feel like attempts to cling to old ideas because they are comfortable instead of adopting new ideas that would be better. -SUCCESS is measured in INCHES, just a little bit at a time- . They do not produce thier own work insteady they steals documents from the internet, change the the names on them, and then sell them on as theirs. They treat all their employees, at every level as though they are hardly worth the paycheck they receive. Promotion means nothing but more responsibility. They pit employees against each other causing a great deal of unnecessary stress and bad feelings throughout the company. The management is extremely reluctant to expand their IT skills and industry knowledge. And no one should dare to be more intelligent than darling son who has no industry trianing, or work experience outside the company. The office is extremely filthy! They refuse to engaage a cleaner as "Cleaning companies are so expensive, and w only have a small office". "Wwhy shold we pay someone to come and clean such a small place". The toilet has no paper towels instead theres is an old scruffy cotton towel that gets changed about once a month - if they remember to do so. T edesks and PCs are covered in layers of dust. The meeting room cum kitchen cum storage room is cluttered like no bod's business. They tell you to take your trash back with you -"You always sue the bin and expect me to empty it after you.! The office is constantly packed up with several boxes, which they expect you to sort out as "It's your job". They constantly made promises that they do not keep. The 'Directodship' are underqualified. The more you tried to make the job consistent with similar jobs in other companies, the more the MD would balk and push back. They refuse to pay salaries comparable to industry standards causing most of the good employees to leave. That is why they try to target a bunch of young inexperienced people. Hardly anyone has any real authority, all decisions great and small go through the MD's wife who has no business acumen let alone industry knowledge. In short it is a toxic work environment with leaders who do not have the skill-set, and believe that gross dishonesty is the way to go. They won't treat or pay you well and you will be expected to work much harder than you are paid for, with little or no reward for going the extra mile. A company with only one fulltime employee but with 3 Directors. There are constant fights about who has the last word. You are oliged to answer daft questions such as where do I find the calendar in Outlook?, The company is full of qualified people, mostly foreigners who do not know any better, employed as 'trainees' simply to save on employment cost. This company confirms the inefficiency of family businesses who think it is wise to bring in the entire family regardless of their lack of knowledge in the subject matter because it saves on costs.
