Pros
Overall a terrible experience, i have experienced and witnessed bullying and harrasment by management. The only good aspect was flexi time and extra leave that the HSE offer admin staff. Please avoid. Do the right thing and do not apply for jobs with this employer. There are high turnover of staff for very good reasons.
Cons
I would not recommend HSE. I have witnessed bullying and harrasment in the workplace. Intimidation of clerical staff. No proper training. Very high turnover in both offices which were two different offices not related to each other. You are treated as just a number. Very dissapointing experience.
