A lot of really wonderful, hardworking people with a passion for teaching on the floor. Bright, talented students will keep things fun and never boring. Discounts on product and services.
Cons
Management is negligent at best and downright obstructive at times. Don't expect to be paid for the amount of work you'll end up taking on from more irresponsible staff members. Turnover rate is high. A lot of these administrators are childish and petty. Safety issues that go unaddressed.
