Pros
The generous culture of the company is a huge factor and what keeps me here. They've always been very generous with PTO, and given extra time off around the holidays. Their benefits are much better than most other places. They also give paid volunteer time and offer team volunteer events so it makes it easy to give back. They actually encourage you to volunteer. I love that about the company. And I think people forget how generous and understanding they are with any life changing events- getting married, having a baby, moving, etc. I've been through some rough patches in my life whether medical or bereavement, and they've always been extremely supportive. They offer in-house massages and workout sessions with personal trainers, and meditation twice a week, in-person and virtual.
Cons
Yeah, some days are long and hard. I've heard complaints from coworkers, but I've also heard from friends working at other Med Ed companies. It's the same intense workload everywhere else. Most complaints are long hours and that there are too many changes, too fast. Always introducing new systems to learn while you're maintaining a large workload, so no time to train.
