      Overall great organisation to work for. The backbone of NHS in Wales doing all the 'back office' elements - payroll, recruitment, procurement, legal etc. Effort is recognised in my service and feel on the whole listened to.

      Bad behaviour from managers is tolerated. Pockets of awful culture People not always held accountable for their behavioursperformance which can be demoralising for those that work or

      Pros

      -frequent trainings -kind management team -audit opportunities

      Cons

      -a large amount of FY1s have to stay after hours without compensation -time for Fy1 training is not communicated well or enforced throughout departments, many times seniors are in other departments and cannot cover the ward, leaving the fy1 to skip important training to cover the ward.
