-Great culture - people are down to earth but not afraid to work hard or give honest feedback -Flexibility / trust - as long as you get your work done, nobody cares how long you are in the office -Solid product and business outlook - actually improving the lives of patients everyday, sometimes literally saving lives

-Growth / scale have been challenging, mostly due to overall industry

HealthLoop is full of some of the smartest people I have ever met. Every single person that works there believes that they way patients are cared for is broken, and they want to fix it (enter HealthLoop). Great place to work if you want to learn more about the health care industry - and especially if you want to get into health-tech.

1) Silos - it just didn't feel like teams talked to each other (or wanted to). 2) Remote employees - possibly this played into #1 but when you are a company of 30 it can be really challenging to have such a large portion of employee be remote - it impacts the culture for sure.
