Pros

The only pro to working for this company is that it's remote and that they provide equipment. Not the most efficient equipment but they do provide it. Which most companies do but I had to provide a pro.

Cons

Constant changes within the company processes, structures, and policies Inadequate training Workplace bullying Constructive dismissal (they will make work conditions and metrics impossible and raise them every chance they get and take away work week hours) EXTREME MICRO MANAGING Management and Team Lead are all unqualified and workplace bullies Inadequate training Fire staff often Lack diversity Zero chance in promotions Constant lost of clients due to lack of training and onboarding errors Highschool environment leads have a whole chat where they talk about co workers on their team. EXTREMELY LOW PAY NO REAL RAISES

Pros

Company culture is extremely supportive and forgiving of mistakes as they are trying to learn too

Cons

Lack of guidance sometimes because given a lot of freedom, which is only really a con for a certain type of person

Pros

Work from home, some flexibility with scheduling.

Cons

Many clinics don’t like working with the processors. Internal supports exist, but money is the primary driver so those internal supports will generally side with the clinic at all costs. Work is boring, tedious, yet just mentally engaging enough to preclude using audiobooks for mental stimulation. Patients have unrealistic expectations and, because they are paying someone to complete a form their doctor’s office should have done as part of the visit, feel entitled to have those unrealistic expectations met. Entirely driven by hourly output, also micromanages time. Tons of interruptions throughout the day and they must be responded to when received. Health insurance is the worst I’ve ever seen. PTO is minimal. Engagement with coworkers is low even for remote work and often feels awkward. Climate of forced positivity, genuine or not. Very limited growth track. Poorly planned drastic changes, including hours being cut. Managers leaving very abruptly (more than once) is a red flag. Advised the teams they would go so far as to alter time cards to remove micro-overtime.

We appreciate the feedback and recognize concerns around expectations, benefits, and change management, which leadership continues to evaluate as part of ongoing improvement efforts.
