The management was not friendly. Delayed pay checks without a reason. (sometimes there are missing pay cheques and you will have to chase them to pay you. They did not even apologize for their mistakes) Disorganized management. You will be assigned to or removed from certain responsibilities without any notice or discussion. NO Respect from the management team.
