Very nice environment and everyone is respectful.

This is still a developing company so the workload can be a lot.

Decent salary and benefits, felt like at times we were on the verge of doing something meaningful and powerful for the healthcare space

I started in health-tech to try and help people and do good, but I saw Healthmine doing quite the opposite during my time with them. Many products launched and the details of how they worked were actually in direct opposition to UX best practices and I feel they often took advantage of the users we were supposed to be helping. Incredibly unstable and a company that truly has no idea where it's headed. The software roadmap changed massively month to month. Mass layoffs and the CEO exhibiting some very passive aggressive behavior during all hands meetings.
