Pros
KEEP IN MIND - much of my input about this company is actually information about The Comprehensive Group since not much company policy has changed since the merger. It is to be determined if things will continue to change with time. Flexible with scheduling Will find you hours if census is low at permanent facility Not a ton of micromanaging Listen to employee input Will reimburse for high-cost certifications (although this is carried over from TCG, not sure if all HealthPRO employees have this option)
Cons
Poor documentation system (HealthMax, although this may be changing soon) - even DOR is unable to perform evaluations point-of-service Not-realistic productivity standards Mediocre benefits (decreased after merger) Pay cut and pay freeze PTO accumulates slowly (even slower when you do not consistently get 40 hours/week) 401k match has decreased Poor travel reimbursement (50 cents/mile, less than national average) Management has obviously lost sight/forgotten what being a treating therapist is like I regularly work 2-3 hours a day off the clock
