      Pros

      I love the Department I work in. It is my favorite job. I would like to stay here for the long run but life situations can change. I love helping my clients. Now that I am certified actually my pat is about to be much Higher

      Cons

      I hate all the bureaucracy. I am already hired and they want to make me jump through hoops to be reimbursed for stuff they need to per policy. Also the hurdles I am having to go through to get the pay I am supposed to get now that I am certified.

      Exceptional team of hardworking individuals. Healthy culture, my experience has been awesome, I felt supported and seen. Ability to work partially from home. Satisfaction in knowing I’m helping people.
