Pros
Great Training. Compensation is on par. They provide good resources to people who need help. Most of the employees are local people who genuinely care for the patients. The counselors have real world experience.
Cons
The front desk staff needs more training. Site Managers are afraid of getting fired most of the time, and dont like to keep new Counselors for too long. They have good programs for people, but not enough patience with their Supervisors on how to train people properly. Some of the branch HR and Administrative staff are very aggressive about their cattiness and needs some empathy or compassion training if they deal with people who have SUD treatment. Many clients who need their services are justice involved and some of the counselors and front desk staff are too uptight about making sure that the patients get their treatment team involved. The credentialing folks at least know how to do a basic intake. Cannot say much about the front desk staff...some of them dont even want to answer the phone or make an appointment for over the phone clients who need help.
