      Very well connect in Philadelphia with the healthcare community. They pay fair market value.

      Cons

      Management is currently a wreck. Not focused on their mission statement of being a HIE.

      Pros

      Great small company; offers the chance ti really work across the healthcare landscape of the Philadelphia area. HSX offers the potential for learning and growth. The work is remote but it’s also interactive through meetings and team collaboration and support. Strong pay and generous vacation time.

      Cons

      There can be a high learning curve for new projects.
