If any conflict between employee and Manager then Senior level managers and Management Level try to help each other even if Manager is wrong. Lot of Nepotism and Favoritism of employees. If you are right and you speak to your manager about assistant manager then your manager will support his/her assistant blindly. Ahmedabad Management is worst I have ever seen.
