Cons
There's no advocacy for interim leadership. They have a liaison with no HR background. HR doesn't have an HR. You either have to resign or fight for your name. It can be really toxic and dark on some of these assignments. HealthTrust doesn't engage with their Interims in the same way HCA engages them. We often forget HealthTrust is a company we a resources for. It wasnt like this a few years ago.
