Pros

HealthVerity is a great company. It's a newer, fast-moving organization that is genuinely working to be best-in-class. During my time, I was on the receiving end of appropriate raises and bonuses for my hard work. The company is willing to promote you, coach you and take chances on you, especially if you communicate what you want. I found the atmosphere to be collaborative and helpful. They also use a modern tech stack and have a beautiful office, which empowers you in your efforts. I would 100% recommend you consider HV and if you receive an offer, I would generally advise to accept. The only reason I left HV was because I was presented with a rare offer that I carefully considered, but I would definitely come back to the organization.

Cons

Not everything was perfect, but where is that the case? * Occasional pressures & long-hours, but the rewards are there. * Some disorganization, but this presents opportunity.

Pros

- The company offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development, especially for those who are curious, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges. I would never have been able to take on even half of the things that I accomplished here if I was somewhere else. - It's rewarding to be part of a culture where people are genuinely invested in one another’s development — building and working with a team that has grown and evolved together has been a highlight. Everyone on my team has continued to be promoted and moved into new roles and responsibilities. Nice to see a company that recognizes hard work and accountability! - Colleagues across the organization are approachable and willing to share insights, making it easier to align quickly and move initiatives forward. No matter how difficult the topic or question, I've always seen colleagues ready to engage to analyze a problem and generate a corrective action plan. - The company fosters a culture of openness and engagement — people are not only smart and driven, but also welcoming and supportive. From the extensive onboarding program to the weekly and daily opportunities to catch up with colleagues, most people have proved to be friendly and willing to answer questions about their roles, what they do, and help with any issues.

Cons

- As with any growing company, some processes and systems are still maturing — the pace of change can be exciting, but also requires adaptability and patience. Things do evolve over time so a willingness to pivot is essential but over time, the changes have moved the company in the right direction
