Pros
- good tech stack - other software engineers are incredibly talented and smart - the health insurance was very good
Cons
- managers are encouraged to micromanage. Expect your manager to review your code contributions every day. - managers frequently override their team when it comes to pointing work - your priorities will change on a weekly basis, expect to work on things that have no relation to your team - annual reorganization and changing of your team - senior leadership does not have a plan and their “product” is frequently one offs that are not sustainable - no 401k match, “unlimited” pto that is capped, and an increasing return to office despite them saying they pride themselves on their remote culture during the hiring process
