I would never have been able to take on even half of the things that I accomplished here if I was somewhere else. - It's rewarding to be part of a culture where people are genuinely invested in one another’s development — building and working with a team that has grown and evolved together has been a highlight. Everyone on my team has continued to be promoted and moved into new roles and responsibilities. Nice to see a company that recognizes hard work and accountability! - Colleagues across the organization are approachable and willing to share insights, making it easier to align quickly and move initiatives forward. No matter how difficult the topic or question, I've always seen colleagues ready to engage to analyze a problem and generate a corrective action plan. - The company fosters a culture of openness and engagement — people are not only smart and driven, but also welcoming and supportive. From the extensive onboarding program to the weekly and daily opportunities to catch up with colleagues, most people have proved to be friendly and willing to answer questions about their roles, what they do, and help with any issues.
