      Working with Students with behavioral problems. Also working with Kids with Autism in a AfterSchool Program and a Summer Camp

      Administration needs to give more supports to there Direct Care Workers.

      There is nothing that brightens my day more than working with healthcare and having our patients come first it’s almost like a rewarding feeling

      Cons

      The most challenging things that I have had to overcome are getting close to our patients and then they pass away.
