I don't have any cons. No company is perfect, but this career move was the best decision I made for myself.

Great support, awesome leadership, and great benefits. Potential for advancement. Can work full time or part time. Even as a PT employee I worked enough hours to earn benefits. The health insurance was superb. Could work from any location.

Did require a great deal of travel but that isn't necessarily a downside. Not much opportunity to meet coworkers and I kind of missed that.
