Pros
The work they do for the facilities and the residents/patients they service can improve quality of care. This company has the potential to be the leader in their field with appropriate managerial changes.
Cons
The company has had growing pains. Orientation by educational staff is great but the company should be more selective choosing educational mentors and field liaisons. Many are lacking education, experience, and social/managerial skills for such a role. In short, they run good surveyors off. The rate of pay $30/hr with that being cut in half for travel is an insult for experienced surveyors with higher educations. Thus they lose good surveyors between the rate of pay, poor mentors, or poor supervision of mentors and field liaisons.
