Pros
Most employees benefits are pretty good.
Cons
Training was lacking because the department I was working in was being restructured, as a result the training was something to be desired.... There was little to no 1on1 training from the very knowledgable supervisor (who was training herself for the new supervisor role she had stepped into). There were 3 leads that were knowledgeable enough to train.. However they were so inundated with work, as they were given double the work that the regular employees were given, they didn't have the time to give sufficient enough training often times rushing through 1on1 training and having very little to no patience for any questions. The new employees were just expected to catch on it seems.. And even though we were promised more individualized training it never happened. And finally each employee in the dept was given a specialty to focus on.... But management would continuously give out spreadsheets that covered all different departments not just the specialty we were assigned, yet we were, still expected to learn about this specialty that we had been assigned.
