• Extremely HIGH turnover rate (the highest I've ever witnessed)
• Pay isn't the same across the board, you could be making less than the new people, all because mgt doesn't want to take the time to review everyone's pay & establish a standard
• Pay & hours are messed up a lot; So, you have to be very cautious of your hours & paycheck
• the managers do not want to do physical work; get ready to jump around to other depts & do others workload
• Drama worse than highschool -- Be careful what you say, just stay silent and short.
• No communication or feedback from Amanda learn to speak up and stand ur ground
• Biweekly pay
• District Mgt prefers to do everything from the phone & put it all on the workers
• manager doesn't like anyone who challenges them, even if the majority agree it's a good idea, you do what you say, even if they tell you to work days that you didn't sign up for, work in other depts, do 2 different jobs, change rules based on how they feel not on the company policies. It's ever changing but the tasks stay the same
