- Starting pay was fine but I found out they don't do annual raises, so that was a major turn off for me...in this economy no raises isn't going to cut it.

- Depending on the building you're assigned to there can be clashes with upper management at the facility.
- Didn't feel like I had much autonomy over my recommendations and was micromanaged by management at the facility (not my RD supervisors).
- There is concern about job security if the building you're assigned to is at risk for closure.
- Depending on the building, the overall culture can be toxic/draining at times.
