Pros
The residents are wonderful and when there are resources it is a blessing to give them good care and see them thrive.
Cons
There are often not enough staff so it becomes difficult to get resources for the client. Poor corporate support with Human Resources.Poor corporate support for clinical challenges. Policies are impossible to adhere to with the hours scheduled for clinical duties. Audits that are done and show areas needing correction are ignored by corporate.Overall no support for the position. Huge turnovers, most staff average 3 to 6 months before leaving.
