Pros
Zero, nada, none. The only good part was when the staff pulled together, like a family, even though the upper management was no help, we stuck together. There are good employes here and they should be promoted and upper level management should lose there jobs.
Cons
Horrible upper level management, the fact that they got to where they are is amazing. The pay is bad and no overtime pay. Long hours and overnight shift, even when you are told that isn't in your job description when you were hired. Not paying employees for holidays until they file complaints with the facility management or their union reps to finally get paid days or even weeks later. No raises, either for management or staff. No support or proper training. The list goes on and on. Looking back I would have taken two part time jobs instead of this full time position. From coast to coast it's the same way. Stay away and of you don't you'll only have yourself to blame. Oh and keep your resume handy... You'll be needing it soon with these people
