No work, No work pressure, fixed shift and fixed weekend off, this is a good company to work with if you have no responsibilities and not have career goals.
Cons
Abusive management, No growth, No cafeteria, late salary date, no designation mentioned on the offer letter given to you, no health or life insurance provided, management is sly and they do not keep up to their word, worst company to work with if planning for a long term and a secured job.
