      - Work from home/anywhere feels good for the soul - We're all held to a high standard which means growth, high performance, and being around high-level thinkers is a given - No earning cap in sales - Great place to work for hungry, self-starting individuals

      Cons

      If you don't have a desire to grow and be better daily, it won't be the place for you.
