Cons
This company is extremely profit driven, no better than any of the other companies that are ruining the therapy world. You are a number and a company cost before anything else. They will take no value in you or your patient care whatsoever. Constant pressure for productivity, and many other money hungry practices. You feel this every single day, constantly. No raises. No holidays. 401k has no match. Health insurance is sub par with high deductibles. Negative work culture from upper management. They are very good at walking the line between marginal professionalism and flat out poor ethics. You do not direct the plan of care, the profit does.
