Pros

My time at HXC has been fantastic! Firstly, the industry itself has been amazing - seeing how passionate everyone is about the skincare and aesthetics side of things, and how it's handled from a regulatory perspective has been such a great learning journey, work but also for my own personal interests. It's a fast paced environment where your hard work is rewarded and you feel appreciated - as the company has grown there's been endless opportunities to add value to the business and improve processes. Leadership is always receptive to feedback, and no matter what level you're at you feel heard. I have had the opportunity to learn so much from the leadership team - they are truly inspiring. Cross team collaboration is also great, the CEO has done an amazing job at establishing a culture where everyone is genuinely nice to work with. There are so many skilled and talented people in the company, this keeps you inspired and motivated. And can't forget the staff discount - game changer!!!

Cons

The company has grown massively, so not all processes are 100% ironed out - but it's a work in progress

Pros

-Hybrid working. -Model opportunities for skincare, facials…etc. -Create strong bonds with direct colleagues from dealing with issues together.

Cons

-Long hours. -Systems and sites unusable, they get worse by the day. -Feedback doesn’t go anywhere. -Wellbeing of staff not prioritised, overworked and under appreciated. -Treatment of staff from different departments varies massively. E.g One team gets taken to the theatre and another gets given fruit and doughnuts. -Communication is poor. -Benefits need massive improvement.

Pros

Nice people, great brands they distribute such as obagi medical and Allergan

Cons

Disorganised, sales reporting not always accurate with lots of mistakes meaning you are forever cross checking all your sales. Lots of unnecessary internal meetings
