The staff are all very hard working, passionate people who will go above and beyond for each other. One of the only bits of respite you’ll get here is with your fellow employees so make the best of those relationships
Cons
Everything to do with management especially upper management. Their clear disdain for the average sales associate, their neglect of their duties beyond making the company more money, the toxic work environments that make their way down the corporate ladder. The prioritization of profit above the health and safety of its workers. They will demand the most of you at work and then neglect to give you any kind of mental health help after the stress they put you through. The majority of store managers are uninvolved in the actual work and stay in their offices doing nothing for the floor worker unless upper management is there. The obvious misogyny doesn’t really help either.
