Upper management really cares about their employees.

I can’t think of any at this time

Salary was fair. The value and mission at first was aligned with my personal values

Laid off at least a third of the company. Did not communicate well and lacked compassion when lay offs were announced. Not transparent with anyone outside of the C Suite. Cut throat environment and several instances of inappropriate behavior exhibited by leadership.
