      Pros

      Remote work, but we are marketable and can easily get remote work 2) pay is very low, I made more as an RN. There is no room to negotiate pay

      Cons

      1) chaotic 2) NP we have no say in processes 3) seems that non medical case managers dictate or practice 4) some Nurse practitioners are not licensed yet still practicing and prescribing

      Pros

      Salary was fair. The value and mission at first was aligned with my personal values

      Cons

      Laid off at least a third of the company. Did not communicate well and lacked compassion when lay offs were announced. Not transparent with anyone outside of the C Suite. Cut throat environment and several instances of inappropriate behavior exhibited by leadership.
